Services & scope
One core service: non-emergency patient transport for adults aged 18 and over. Planned journey types are hospital discharge, inter-hospital and inter-facility transfers for suitable non-emergency patients, outpatient and recurring treatment journeys including dialysis and oncology, wheelchair-accessible and stretcher transport, patient and healthcare escorts, private and organisation-commissioned transport, and appropriately assessed adult non-emergency mental health journeys.
