1. Who we are

Calviora Health Group Ltd (registered in England & Wales) is the data controller for personal information processed through this website and our patient transport services. Our registered office is 1 Kingsway, London WC2B 6XF. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

2. Information we collect

  • Contact details: name, email, phone, organisation.
  • Booking details: patient name, date of birth, NHS number (optional), mobility, clinical requirements, hospital, consultant, pickup and destination.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and essential cookie identifiers.
  • Communications: messages you send us and records of calls with our coordination centre.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to arrange and deliver safe patient transport, respond to enquiries, meet clinical governance and safeguarding obligations, improve our service, and comply with UK legal duties.

4. Legal bases

We rely on contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests, and — for health data — the provision of health and social care under Article 9(2)(h) UK GDPR.

5. Sharing your information

We only share information with your care providers, commissioners, regulators (e.g. CQC), and vetted subprocessors under written data processing agreements. We never sell personal information.

6. Retention

Clinical booking records are retained in line with the NHS Records Management Code of Practice. Marketing preferences are retained until you unsubscribe.

7. Your rights

You have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, and port your data, and to object to certain processing. Contact privacy@calviora.co.uk. You may complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

8. Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to run this site and optional analytics cookies to improve it. You can manage your preferences from the cookie banner at any time.

9. Security

We apply encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and continuous monitoring. Staff receive annual information governance training.
