- Booking details: patient name, date of birth, NHS number (optional), mobility, clinical requirements, hospital, consultant, pickup and destination.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and essential cookie identifiers.
- Communications: messages you send us and records of correspondence with our team.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to arrange and deliver safe patient transport, respond to enquiries, meet clinical governance and safeguarding obligations, improve our service, and comply with UK legal duties.

We rely on contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests, and — for health data — the provision of health and social care under Article 9(2)(h) UK GDPR.
5. Sharing your information
We only share information with care providers, commissioners, regulators and vetted subprocessors under written data processing agreements. We never sell personal information.
