2. Our services
Calviora provides non-emergency patient transport, healthcare logistics and event medical cover across the United Kingdom. Clinical services are delivered by regulated professionals under our clinical governance framework.
3. Bookings & cancellations
Bookings made via our website are requests, not confirmations. A coordinator will confirm capacity within one hour, 24/7. Cancellations made with less than four hours' notice may be chargeable to commissioning organisations.
4. Fees & payment
Fees are set out in your service-level agreement or booking confirmation. Private patient bookings are payable in advance. Invoices to NHS partners follow standard 30-day payment terms.
5. Consent & clinical information
You confirm you have the patient's consent (or appropriate authority) to share their personal and clinical information with Calviora for the purpose of arranging safe transport.
6. Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to compromise its security or misuse the booking tools, WhatsApp chat, or contact forms.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including branding, imagery, and copy — is the property of Calviora Health Group Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK copyright law.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, our aggregate liability arising from the website is limited to £100.
9. Complaints
Complaints are welcomed and taken seriously. Please write to feedback@calviora.co.uk — we acknowledge within three working days and aim to resolve within 20.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
