Calviora Health Group will provide non-emergency patient transport for adults aged 18 and over travelling to, from and between healthcare settings, including discharge, outpatient and recurring treatment journeys, wheelchair and stretcher transport, escort support, private patient transport and appropriately assessed adult non-emergency mental health journeys.
The foundation of Calviora's planned offering: pre-booked, non-emergency journeys for patients travelling to, from and between healthcare settings.
Our core planned service: pre-booked, non-urgent transport for patients who cannot travel independently, with trained crews and suitable vehicles.
Dignified, timely transport from hospital to home or onward care, coordinated with ward and discharge teams.
Transfers between hospitals, clinics, care homes and specialist centres for suitable non-emergency patients.
Reliable transport for outpatient clinics and repeating treatment pathways, including scheduled return journeys.
Journeys for patients who need mobility support, lying-flat travel or an accompanying escort.
Transport for patients who travel seated in their own wheelchair, using ramp or tail-lift equipped vehicles.
Stretcher journeys for non-emergency patients who must travel lying flat, provided where appropriate and safely resourced.
Escort support for patients who need accompanying assistance, alongside relatives, carers or clinical escorts.
Journeys that need additional planning, always subject to individual assessment, staffing, equipment and vehicle suitability.
Regular, punctual transport for patients attending dialysis, built around fixed treatment schedules.

Mental health transport is a planned service. Our planning starts from the principle that a journey should feel calm, predictable and respectful, and that restriction should never be the first option. Nothing described here is currently operational.
At launch, Calviora plans to support appropriately assessed adult non-emergency mental health journeys only, where the patient's needs can be met safely within our ordinary patient transport model. We will not provide secure transport, conveyance of detained patients or restraint-based transport. Each request is assessed individually with the referring team.
We are not currently registered with the Care Quality Commission and do not carry out any regulated activity.
